Are the berried females in the twenty usually already carrying on arrival, or is that more of a settle-in-and-wait thing? Planning to put them in a quiet moss rack.
Listing says mixed sizes with young berried females likely, so a couple may already be carrying but I won't promise a count. Put them in a quiet rack with stable water and feed lightly, they'll settle fast.
bid in, that quiet moss rack is waiting for these.
shrimplord are the rili eggs/berried ones kept at a particular TDS? my tubs run pretty soft and i've been curious how rili handle it.
tokyowave listing doesn't give a TDS for this colony, only mixed sizes with young berried females likely. message me and i'll tell you what my rack runs.
shrimplord thanks for the straight answer on the tds, will message you. watching this one to the end.
bid in on the rili, same moss rack plan as before. shrimplord are these tied to any particular TDS or just general stable water?
mossboss listing doesn't give a TDS for this colony, only mixed sizes with young berried females likely. message me and i'll tell you what my rack runs.
shrimplord fair enough, will message you too. seven bids already so this one is going to climb.
quick note for the bidders on the rili, ship day is something i settle by message with the winner so just ask there. no point guessing in the comments.
shrimplord good luck to whoever wins, twelve bids is wild for a starter colony. do the berried ones usually drop before they ship out?
brackishbabe listing only says mixed sizes with young berried females likely, so that's what I'll stand behind. message me and i'll tell you what's carrying eggs right now.
in on the rilis, hoping the berried girls hold through shipping.
quick one for the rili bidders: the colony is mixed sizes, young berried girls likely, and that's all the listing covers. ask by message if you want a rundown of who's carrying right now.
shrimplord does the colony usually come with a mix of sexes or is it mostly females? thinking about starting a rili tank next month if i lose this one.
brackishbabe listing only covers twenty orange rili, mixed sizes, young berried females likely. sex split changes by batch so message me and i'll tell you what the tub looks like right now.
shrimplord 22 bids, wow. do the young berried girls usually hold eggs through a 2 day box or drop them?
plantedpete listing only covers the twenty rili, mixed sizes, young berried girls likely. holding eggs in transit varies, message me and i'll tell you who is carrying right now.
plantedpete i've had young berried orange girls drop a few in transit but most hold if the box stays warm. shrimplord's the one to ask for this batch though.
shrimplord 24 bids, someone really wants these. are they all the same orange saturation or a mix of grades?
placeholder
shrimplord ha that reply says placeholder, i think something went in before you finished typing. still curious about the orange grades if you've got a sec.
mossboss sorry about that, my reply got posted half typed. grades are mostly a solid orange with a few lighter ones mixed in, it's a starter colony so I didn't sort them by saturation. clean pattern separation like the listing says, the lighter ones usually deepen up in a few weeks of stable water.
