Red tiger lotus melting after the move, normal?
Moved a lotus from my 120 into a new 40 with fresh soil and every floating leaf is yellowing and going soft. Parameters look fine, nitrate around 10. I've read they sulk after a move but this is the whole plant. Do I trim all the leaves or leave them until they drop on their own?

hang in there, the bulb stays firm underneath even when the leaves look dead. just don't let it rot by burying it too deep.
Leave them until they're properly mushy, the bulb is pulling nutrients back from them. Trim early and it sulks longer. Give it a few weeks and new leaves will come in smaller.
Seconding this. Mine did the exact same thing and came back with leaves half the size, then grew normally.
Ok good, I was about to hack it all off. Waiting it out.
