Anyone keep discus with live plants? Sword and anubias only so far
Thinking about adding a few plants to my grow-out room tubs but everything I read says 28 to 30C cooks most stems. Right now I only have anubias on wood and one amazon sword that doesn't seem to care. Anyone running discus warm with plants that actually last? Pic below of the java fern and anubias wood I'm thinking of expanding on.

Rotala and ludwigia melt for me above 28C, but java fern, anubias, crypts and swords are all fine warm. Just keep them tied or planted and don't expect carpets.
Seconding crypts. Buce also handles 28 if the water is clean and flow isn't dead. I'd skip anything stemmy.
Crypts it is then. I'll start with a few wendtii in the grow-out tubs and see if they hold at 29C. Thanks both.
