Sword auction box got a nice thank you message, how do you handle buyers who send plant pics later?
The winner of my sword mothers messaged yesterday with a pic of the plant already planted in their 75, leaves a bit rough but the crown looks fine. Honestly makes my week. Do you ask buyers for follow-up pics, or just let them reach out if there's a problem? I never want to feel pushy.

I never ask, but I always say in the message that I'd love to see it growing in. Most people send one after a few weeks without prompting.
same, a line at the end of the shipping message is enough. pushy would be chasing them for a review.
