What's actually in your frozen food rotation right now?
Cleaned out my freezer drawer tonight and realized half of it is fish food and the other half is the stuff I actually eat. Pic below. I'm running mysis, brine, a cyclops pack and some chopped clam for the clowns and the torches. Curious what everyone rotates, I feel like I've been stuck on the same three cubes for a year.

bloodworm and daphnia for the bettas, that's about it. daphnia is the one that gets the pickiest fish eating again.
cyclops is great for the LPS, I do it twice a week after lights out. Rinse the cube in a cup of tank water first so you're not dumping the packing juice in.
rotifers is a good call, I forget about those. Do you thaw them in tank water first or just dump the cube?
I thaw in a cup of tank water and swirl it, then pour through a mesh strainer so only the rotifers go in. Cubes dumped straight in cloud things up.
i just dump a cube in a cup of tank water and let it thaw while i do feeding rounds, then pour. never tried the strainer, might steal that.
strainer trick it is then, my clowns have been getting cloudy water every time. thanks cass.
adding to what i said earlier, i also keep a cube of frozen mosquito larvae around for the bettas when they get bored of bloodworm. sounds weird but they go nuts for it.
mosquito larvae is a new one for me, do you thaw it the same way in a cup? my clowns might like the variety.
mosquito larvae is a good shout, my stem tank fish go crazy for it too. I thaw mine in a cup and strain it same as cass said.
yeah same cup method, just let it thaw a couple minutes and pour. bettas inhale it, don't overdo it though or they get fat quick.
