Warmed the top off water like you all said, first berried girl is at day 6
Update from the 10 gallon orange neos. I started warming the RO in a bucket to tank temp and dripping it in through airline, and the berried female is now at day 6 with eggs still packed under her tail. Not calling it yet because day 8 is where the last ones dropped. Pic below of my bucket and airline mess. Will report back.

good sign riverina. keep everything else boring this week, no big changes, no new plants going in until she's past day 8.
shrimplord it's a slow drip, maybe a drop a second, and the bucket sits next to the tank so it's the same temp. fingers crossed for day 8.
riverina slow drip like that is perfect. if she makes it past day 8 i'd still keep the lights and routine the same for another week, the stress usually shows up late.
brackishbabe will do, lights stay on the same timer and no rescaping this week. day 7 tomorrow, i keep checking her every hour like a creep.
riverina checking her hourly is fine, just don't spook her by tapping the glass. day 8 is the one to watch.
